Zubbla is a local task marketplace that connects people who need tasks done (Posters) with skilled individuals who can complete them (Taskers). We provide a secure platform for posting tasks, finding help, and getting work done in your community. These Terms apply to all users, including task posters, taskers, and visitors to the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Zubbla, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws of Nepal and these Terms

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Harvest or reverse-engineer platform systems
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these conditions.

5. User Contributions

Zubbla may allow users to post reviews, comments, or task details. By contributing:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use and display it on the platform
• You confirm your content does not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property on the platform (excluding user-contributed content) is owned by Zubbla. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute platform content without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to Zubbla, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend or modify the platform without notice for maintenance
• We are not liable for any loss due to downtime or service changes

8. Third-Party Links

Zubbla may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties. Use of third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Beta Features

Some features may be released in beta form. These features:

• May be incomplete or changed at any time
• Are provided "as is" without warranties
• May be removed at our discretion

Use of beta features is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer

Zubbla provides a platform for connecting users. While we aim for quality:

• We do not guarantee the completion or quality of tasks by Taskers
• We are not liable for actions taken by users on the platform
• You use the platform at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
• Security incidents caused by external factors

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall be limited as per applicable Nepalese law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zubbla, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Refunds and Paid Services

Zubbla charges service fees for tasks completed through the platform. These fees are governed by our separate billing policy available in the Support Centre.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to our community. You may cancel your account at any time through settings.

16. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us.
